Remedy For Constipation With Ayurveda


Constipation is one of the prime health difficulties these days. As per Ayurveda, this situation occurs when the digestive system's cold and dry qualities upset the colon, inhibiting its usual functioning. Ayurveda recommends several remedies to reduce constipation and help the bowel movement regular and uninterrupted. Flax Seeds and Oil
Before bedtime, try drinking either a mug of boiled milk with 1–2 teaspoons of ghee or heat 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds in about a glass of water for 2–3 minutes. Cool and take the tea and the seeds and then, allow at least one hour between your closing meal of the day and this bedtime glass.
